A Lesson on Problem Solving.

A Thought Adjuster Speaks - Lesson # 98
November 9, 2004.

Problems will always need to be solved, for this is how humans grow and garner wisdom. It is the manner in which they are solved, which is so totally individual. Ideally, they should always be solved for the highest good of all concerned, and this is meant to start at the individual level, and work itself up through the ranks of government and the courts of justice. Always for such functions ought people to be chosen who are of the highest moral caliber, as this is one area where they can do the greatest good for all, but also the most harm, as soon as self-interest and ego are unbridled, and immature men and women give free rein to their individuality. People at the helm need to show a certain level of responsibility before they can carry the greater responsibility -- that of justice and education in state or country.

It is a fine line to walk between greatness and smallness; between pride and humility. It is extremely important for young children to be taught how to solve their little problems among themselves, without adult interference. Even here, wisdom needs to evolve, so those who have learned to solve problems peaceably, will show great promise for future leadership. Each child is born with a certain degree of a sense of fairness, and this needs to be fostered in the homes and schools of a nation. Clear-headed and clear-thinking people are always an inspiration, and an example to the younger ones. It is so very wrong not to give children the chance to settle disagreements among themselves. It is often very tempting to favor one child over another, which is grossly unfair. Favoritism needs to be avoided at all cost. It is of equal importance to not give in to instant gratification on behalf of the demands of a child.

Parenting is a great responsibility, and it can teach problem solving at its best. Parents are best capable of raising children by example, as the little ones mimic, and go by, their example. One’s actions always speak louder than words. Words are often hollow and can have falseness about them, which is immediately picked up by little ones. It is also the manner in which grown-ups solve their problems that are taken on by the little ones. It is a sincere parent, setting the best example, who can instill in the child a prayerful attitude towards problems -- teaching the child that help is always available when problems seem insurmountable -- for this is the only way to develop a trusting relationship with their own Gift of God within. In this way, children grow up exploring Celestial help when needed, especially for peace of mind, which is so conducive to the solving of problems.

Teach little ones that there is a Fragment of an unconditionally loving God living right inside of them – a loving God, who knows everything about them, and loves them just the same, no matter what occurs in their lives. Tell them also that this God-Fragment is there to guide them through life’s pitfalls, always urging them on to find the better way in life. Teach them to listen within, for the sooner they can discern that Still Small Voice within, the better the decisions they will be able to make in life, as the greatest Problem Solver lives right within them.

The reason why things happen the way they do, is because of human free will and the human choice and decision making process. Sometimes calamities befall them, which are purely natural, and are designed to wake them up to a greater reality. The souls, who have left, and those who are leaving the planet, are all lovingly administered to. They are the unawake humans, who have the hardest time accepting the goodness and the designs of the Gods, who desire that each and everyone gifted with the gift of life will start this right decision making and problem solving process early in life.
