Your Saving Grace, Perhaps.

Illawarra District, Australia, May 9, 2007.
Cherubim Frank and Sanobim Alice.
Received by George Barnard.

Frank: “This is Cherubim Frank and Sanobim Alice. (greetings) We often try to put our foot in the door, and shake you guys up a bit. We enjoy looking at your lodger (a small parrot) too, and we in general check up on you.

“It is to me to remind you that perhaps the morning hours are best for use in stillness meditation. Late at night your mind seems to wonder like a rudderless sailboat, and we are not just talking to you two. There are plenty of others in this group entitled to be at the receiving end of this gentle admonition.

“However, we understand the difficulties of the day. We are appreciative of the things that befall human beings who set out their plans and find they are let down by the problems of every day technology.

“We, the lowly Cherubim, long resident on this interesting world, this beautiful world, this world we all call ‘ours,’ do not have to deal with such difficulties as computers with minds of their own; electrical gadgets that tend to put their foot in it with their bits, and bites, and rams.

“We know you lead much more difficult day-to-day lives than do we Cherubim, although your saving grace, perhaps, might be that it does not last for 2000, 3000, or 4000 years, that unlike the likes of us, you can begin to move Paradise-ward almost as if in a flash. It is therefore that we recommend you take your reversion, your recreation, your exercise, and above all eat the right kind of food.

“Your body is a chapel for the presence of a Fragment of the Creator of All. Look after it as well as you can, by taking your rest and your activity, your food and drink as required, and try to always live a balanced life.

“We are very much aware of the fact that so many receivers, so many who distribute the messages from their Celestial Teachers, tend to overestimate the accuracy of what they ‘get’ when their bodies are not truly balanced.

“Let this be a lesson. Let this be a warning. Let this be some good advice for all, and as always, take it for granted that I will be frank. This is Frank, thanking you for your time, your progress efforts, which you have in common with us.”

George: “Thank you dear Frank.”
