“In the time of testing, man’s soul is revealed; trial discloses what really is in the heart.” [UB Paper 165, section 6].
Thought Adjuster: “In hindsight, many of your life’s perceived trials merely amounted to Fire Drills. How else could you be prepared for such eventualities if you had not rehearsed various case scenarios?
“It is the reason why you are called to address many situations without knowing if they are dry runs or real emergencies. A flight simulator is very effective in honing the skills of a pilot by artificially testing his coping mechanisms in life and death situations. What matters are the survival objectives of such excercises.
“Such situations take you by surprise to test your ‘response-ability.’ When successfully addressed, they also increase your sense of self-confidence and self-reliability. Will you go beyond what you perceive as your breaking point? Whether fake or real, each crisis tells you much about yourself.
“In hindsight, rather than resenting such pop-up tests, you will appreciate that they were inconsequential but acted as practical tools for self-assessment and self-realization.
“Such is the objective of a thorough education. It equips you to face ever-greater challenges by constantly pushing your limits. Trials and tribulations bare your heart and soul, revealing what they are made of: Cowardice or courage? ‘Wishy-washiness’ or unwavering determination?
“You can only be of higher service if you have been ‘tested and proved’ to be a ‘faithful servant’. What a relief it is for both you and your entourage!”

Thought Adjuster: “A life truly consecrated to the Will of the Father will never go unnoticed. Such a life is the most eloquent statement of the existence of God and represents the greatest contribution that a human being can offer to Creation. It has been said that the greatest gift a mortal can give to the Creator is to surrender to His Will, but this is also the greatest gift that all personalities can give to themselves and their neighbors.
“You may not fully understand how a simple life of dedication to the pursuit and achievement of perfection can have a significant influence. Would you not need help from the media? Would you not need followers to proclaim your message? The leaders of the World have followers, but the true spiritual leaders – those who travel the way of the Father and illustrate this for their peers – have no followers, they have ‘traveling companions’.
“As the follower of a teacher you could preserve the learned truths for posterity and dedicate your life to show others the teachings of your leader. As a travelling companion, you will travel the same path as your teacher, personally experience the same understandings and discover the same truths. These truths will become part of your being and you will be able to express them with true authority to your peers, in an original way, with total conviction, and without your resorting to blind faith or intellectual coercion.
“Truly, a travelling companion is worth more than ten thousand followers. Travelling companions keep the truth alive in their hearts and enjoy the impulse to get closer and closer to the Father. They understand that their teacher – the one who originally showed them the way – is just a fellow man or woman who has walked a few steps further; therefore, they would never belittle those who find themselves a few steps back.
“This World will not triumph over its confusion and its multitude of problems through the fragmentation of truth. There is no creed on this planet that should be accepted uniformly so that everyone is better. The only message is that everything needed for spiritual progress is already inside the mind of every human being. The only thing that is needed is that each one independently explores their relationship with this fragment of God and discovers within themselves the Master who holds the key of Eternity for the life of each one of God’s children in this sphere.”

Subject: “A Lesson about Eternity.”

The Beloved One: Mortal life is the foundation of eternal life and death is the door thereto. The possibility exists that one can eliminate death by fusion with the Gift from God within. Life provides many loving service opportunities for one to advance spiritually and this development is open to all. They are the depth of your belief system and the development of your personal faith and trust in the Creator God which takes most fear away. The reason why l am telling you this, is that there is too much fear connected with death because of the unknown. Each mortal child ought to be told that death is not to be feared.
It is a personal responsibility to educate yourself about death and eternity. Any spirit-born human being loses fear of death. This is the real birth which takes place in each faith-filled mortal, who thereby becomes immortal. It is your faith and trust in God which sets you free from all the mystery surrounding death. It is the hope that springs up in the human breast and makes life so much easier to live.
Since death is the door, you will not know how long you have been asleep, just like when you fall asleep here and do not know where the night went. Such is that period intervening between mortality and resurrection into the Morontial existence, which is the training period before one becomes a young spirit. You will progress and advance from one Morontia world to a higher one depending on the speed of your evolutionary development.
When you finally arrive at the System headquarters, you will eventually progress to the Constellation headquarters. After proving yourself, you will advance to the Melchizedek University worlds surrounding Salvington, the headquarters world of your Universe in which your planet Urantia is located.
Here, after completing your training as a Morontia being, you will gain the status of a young spirit and will get permission from your universe Ruler Michael, known on your world as Jesus of Nazareth, to venture beyond the borders of your local universe to continue your training. Such is the life awaiting you in your ascension travels towards Paradise; the eternal abode of God the Creator and Upholder of all that was, is, and will be.

Teacher Uteah: “Each one of you is powerful beyond your understanding and belief, for you truly posses a great gift — a Fragment of the Universal Father Himself (known by other names — God Fragment, Higher Self, Indwelling Spirit of the Father, Thought Adjuster and others) living within your mind, and this gift is the Source of all goodness and the greatest power you can ever know, here and hereafter. Though it would seem to many that there is nothing audible speaking to their minds, this powerful reality lives at the seat of the soul and identifies with your personality making it integral within the mind, so much so, that defining it as separate and apart is difficult. Many of you understand the idea of being led by your Higher Self, yet few of you are actually believing that you have any real power that you can realize from this divine relationship. It is possible for you to awaken to a new understanding of this power and goodness within, irrespective of where you stand in your spiritual path, and to accomplish this, you must be willing to begin again with a new perspective about your own self-worth.
“The Creator Father chose you to be the host of His Indwelling Spirit, and together, with your Seraphic Guardians, they have an intimate stake in seeing that you survive eternally. They are your Personal Power Trio (1 Higher Self + 2 Seraphic Guardians) and they shall be with you during your stay on Urantia and throughout your ascension career — your journey back to the Source of Creation (Universal Father). There is no one more worthy of this grand adventure than you. The power and glory belongs to those who are host to the Indwelling Spirit of the Universal Father. If the Creator Himself sees you as worthy of receiving His Indwelling Spirit, who then can truly say that you are not great? Only you can tell yourself that you are unworthy, but the Father sees the greatness in your potential and this potential can be realized here and now in your present life in the recognition of Father's Gift.
“The power begins when you recognize that you are a child of the Universal Father and that you really are the host to His Indwelling Spirit — that you have an intimate relationship with both your Higher Self and your Seraphic Guardians. The power is in the relationship, and to have a relationship with anyone, you must invest the time and energy to explore who these intimate partners are and how you may work together? In an exploration there is no failure — you simply explore or you do not. If you want to know them and work together to develop your potential, then you will want to invest the time and energy to explore the relationship.
“How do you have a relationship with someone? You share the journey — your thoughts, your hopes and dreams, your achievements, and your failures. You call them by name and you ask for help — you work out those things that you do not understand through faith and you remain open to the guidance they provide knowing that they have your back and because they are invested in your eternal success. Unlike some human relationships, these intimate partners never forsake you and are always they with you.
“Many have invested their time and energy in a relationship with a personal teacher — a guru — human, celestial, or other. Although much knowledge and wisdom can be shared in this type of relationship, a truly valuable teacher will always point you to the source of real power — the relationship with your Indwelling Spirit of the Father. If they do not, then they are not doing you a service, and it would be wise for you to reconsider your time and energy investment with such a teacher.
“You are an explorer in the universes of time and you have been given a perfect guidance team — your Personal Power Trio. Your life here on Urantia is only a stop along the journey and your Personal Power Trio is here to see that you survive and grow in Truth, Beauty, and Goodness. With any intimate partnership — a beloved friend or lover, you share the journey and it becomes more valuable to you. Though your Trio may be invisible to your human eyes, the eyes of the soul always behold them.
“Approach your Personal Power Trio in peace with an affectionate name and they will delight that you have called on them. They love you and have waited patiently your whole life to be recognized. Now, let them empower you to achieve greatness — explore this relationship with a worthy attitude of gratitude for having received such a Divine Gift and they will show you what is possible and where the real power lives — within you.

Mother Spirit/Nebadonia: “To tell you more about Myself, let us ponder the role of a Mother in the home life. She is the ‘baby carrier,’ and her womb has been conceived to be its first life-supporting universe. Filled with warm amniotic fluid, it serves as a peaceful ‘immersion chamber’ for the growing embryo.
“It should tell you that the process of conception to birth has been deeply, wisely, and lovingly thought out to give the embryo the best odds at making it to the first finish line of its eternal career — its emergence into the soul nursery of planetary life.
“After its ‘delivery’ into the world, the mother’s ministry evolves and expands. She remains the ‘comfort zone’ of the child — its ‘peace-full harbor.’ From the safety of the womb to the cradle of her arms, the newborn should experience a smooth transition and receive a loving orientation into its new living quarters — giving it the necessary time for self-exploration as a separate entity. Its umbilical cord was severed at birth, which would constitute a traumatic event, had its ‘emotional umbilical cord’ simultaneously been severed.
“Mother Figures are the ‘Gatekeepers’ of My peace. What does it tell you about the sanctity of your assignment? As your Divine Mother, I entrust you with this holy duty. I AM Love, and I AM Peace. Come to me whenever you need to recharge your Heart and your Mind with My always benevolent influence.
“Indeed, My daughters have been vested with the divinely-ordained assignment of acting as Peace Makers and Peace Keepers. Their circle of influence is not limited to their offspring and should also positively impact their male counterparts who have acted as the planetary warriors for way too long.”
