“Personality is never spontaneous; it is the gift of the Paradise Father. Personality is superimposed upon energy, and it is associated only with living energy systems.” [UB, 0:5.4]
“Spirit. The divine spirit that indwells the mind of man — the Thought Adjuster. This immortal spirit is pre-personal — not a personality, though destined to become a part of the personality of the surviving mortal creature.” [UB, 0:5.9].
“Personality. The personality of mortal man is neither body, mind, nor spirit; neither is it the soul. Personality is the one changeless reality in an otherwise ever-changing creature experience, and it unifies all other associated factors of individuality. The personality is the unique bestowal which the Universal Father makes upon the living and associated energies of matter, mind, and spirit, and which survives with the survival of the morontial soul.” [UB, 0:5.11].
Thought Adjuster: “It is difficult for the human mind to wrap itself around the fact of the personality endowment. The Father is the exclusive bestower of personality. As soon as a personality wrapped in a human form makes its first moral decision, a pre-personal Fragment of the Father hails from Paradise to indwell and fecundate this child of the promise. The divine task of this onboard travel companion and co-pilot is to steer the entrusted soul all the way back to the paradisiac abode.
Because they are pre-personal, Thought Adjusters do not infringe on your unique personality traits and decisional freedom. Even though they indwell your mind, this cohabitation never triggers a multiple personality disorder.
When human personalities interact, they influence one another, which can be good if they are mutually inspirational in truth, beauty, and goodness. However, when a strong personality exerts undue control on a less assertive one — taking it hostage — it is most unethical.
Despite your puzzlement, the Father has a plan. His end goal is that we –you and I, your indwelling Father fragment — tie the human-divine knot. We were matched in heaven. At the consummation of our union — our coveted fusion —you will gift Me with the dowry of your unique and vibrant personality and I will divinize it. As a God-seeking soul, your hard work will have paid off. In the now perfectly fitted habiliment of your personality, our togetherness will soar to new levels of joyful creativity. We will drop the obsolete ‘we’ for its brand-new ‘I’ version. I am that I AM.”

Sharmon: “As seldom before, much spiritual help is available on Urantia. It is the mandate of Christ Michael to correct more than three-hundred-thousand years of Urantia being under the yoke of the malevolent Lucifer Rebellion. However, it is not the policy of the Creator Sons’ universe administrations to provide miraculous escapes from adverse situations that occur in their domains. Evolutionary religions are prone to create ‘messiahs and religious heroes’ teaching escapists solutions for human problems. However, entering the era of Light and Life is the result of routine universe administrative measures, not products of sudden intervention on a planet.
“The greatest intervention in the universe of Nebadon was the Bestowal/Incarnation of Christ Michael upon Urantia. Even so, He followed a well-established practice in the universes of time and space; the incarnation as a male of the realm and living a life according to the will of the Father. Teaching – not miraculous and unexpected interventions – is the regular administrative technique employed to ensure planetary progress. The idea that the second coming of Christ Michael is a divine intervention to enforce the will of God on our planet would be a complete departure from the norm. It would be an unthinkable acknowledgment that the first coming of Christ Michael as Jesus of Nazareth would have been a failure.
“For the planets affected by the Lucifer Rebellion there is now in place a transitional period called the Correcting Time, which on Urantia is conducted by our recently appointed Planetary Prince, Machiventa Melchizedek. The Teaching Mission is the ministry of celestials to improve Urantia’s spirituality, working with the world-wide 11:11 Progress Group and the TeaM channelers also from around the world. An order was given to the 11:11 Progress Group to bring people to the spiritual portals, and to from then on let them run their own race. Teaching, leaving acceptance of the teachings to human free will, not by suddenly intervention, is the normal way of promoting spiritual progress on all planets.
“Many celestial teachers have announced with acceptable precision, that the next dispensation on Urantia is a Magisterial one. A Magisterial Son called Monjoronson, an Avonal-Paradise Son, is expected to incarnate on our planet as an adult male of human likeness, whose mission and ministry will bring Urantia to the portals of our Era of Light and Life. A Magisterial Son stays in a planet for at least one thousand years, indicating that a long teaching period will be necessary until his influence and leadership be acknowledged and its benefits accrued. Again, the procedure will be a process, not an arbitrary and abrupt intervention.
“Christ Michael’s return to Urantia is certain; and it is of record that His Second Advent will be in connection with dramatic and traumatic events on the planet. However, when this will happen has not been revealed. When it does happen, it certainly will not be a total surprise. This, my dear friend, is again from me, Sharmon, as per your request.”

Subject: “Power – A Means to Love.”

Prolotheos: “There are many ways in which you can define power; as a position, a force, an endowment, an ability. However, the aspect about power which should not be overlooked is that all power reflects a will. And if you will contemplate the idea, power leads back to the will of God, who created everything that exists. Every being is in possession of some kind of power, but only personal beings – human beings – can use it creatively. In God, power is an attribute, part of His nature; in humans power is an endowment; in God it is infinite, in humans it is finite. To humans, power is a challenge – dangerous and addictive.
“In nature, power is a vehicle, there to fulfill animal urges. Personality adds to it a conscious purposefulness. Human beings, once food and security are acquired, use their power to accomplish their desires, and as a rule at their base is a need to control. Civilization is the result of this control in human relations, and your crude means of socialization still reflect this animal rule – dominion by the powerful and subservience by the weakest. In God’s view, power is a means of sustaining and ministering. His control is not self-oriented, but rather it is, ministry-oriented to spread goodness to all.
“Will is the source of any power. Any power you have will be as strong as your will. Once your will is broken, so is your power. Personal beings are capable not only of wanting something, but also of knowing why they want it. What is behind any desire is the enjoyment of a particular experience. Experience is what adds to life. The value of an experience is not its private sensation, but the benefit it causes, especially to others. Power gives you the opportunity to share experiences of goodness, truth and beauty with others – the more often, the better.
“Power is everywhere in the universe by the gracious distribution of God’s power to his associate deities and creatures. Power can only bring real and enduring satisfaction when it is in harmony with the cosmic energies of the Universe which always work their ways in love and justice. If self-service and aggrandizement are part of the equation in what power works for, the product certainly will be violence, debasement and oppression since its exercise is in disharmony with the universe energies of love and justice. Power represents not only what you can do, but also what you should not do.
“Therefore, my dear pupil, your personal power starts with your will, which you project into reality to produce experiences causing positive or negative repercussions upon your soul – depending on their universe value. No power is magical; it must negotiate its way along with other powers. To some such negotiation must always be conflictive; but there is a better way: the power of love – which results might not be immediately visible, but certainly real, most beneficial and enduring. Whatever is the power you have – great or little – make it a means for love. I am Prolotheos. Peace to all.”

Thought Adjuster: “Those who have awakened to higher spiritual truths should be more careful at the moment of sharing their experiences and trying to be spiritual teachers to their siblings. Do not forget that the understanding of the truth should always be balanced by living experience and that many things have to be lived first before they can be understood. Do not try to ‘save’ your peers from their antiquated and primitive religious beliefs, only to leave them later without direction or faith.
The religions of the past are often filled with defects and their traditions contain a lot that is not truth and does not reflect the nature of the Father. However, for many in your world, these religions offer the path toward spiritual awakening and the eventual progression toward perfection. Many of you who now enjoy a higher understanding of reality and your role in the universe, started as members of some of these traditional religions.
There comes a time when the personality will be prepared to understand that not everything that is written in sacred books is an absolute truth. True spiritual progress always implies recognizing human limitations and the acceptance of relativity in your understanding of the truth. There are many stages in the path to perfection and in each state, the understanding of values and meanings is expanded. Many of the things you believed in the past have proven to be false, but they were steps that have brought you to a higher understanding.
Instead of tearing down the foundations of the faith of your siblings because you may consider them inadequate and filled with error, try instead to illuminate their path making emphasis on the truths hidden behind their beliefs and traditions. Similarly, many of the things that today you accept as true, you will have to leave behind when you discover higher and more beautiful truths in your journey of spiritual progression.
The greatest truth that the human race has discovered is the fact of the paternity of God and the brotherhood of all men. This is the truth that all can promote and that is hidden in the pages of the most important creeds of this world. Illuminate these truths through your lives, living as true children of a Celestial Father, preparing to be capable of co-creating a new reality increasingly more beautiful and in accordance with the will of this Father.”

Subject: “To Be Made in His Image.”

The Beloved: “There is no greater or more pleasant surprise for a mortal then to realize that it is a tool in the Master’s hand, to be wielded with the same love and compassion in which it was formed for the benefit of countless others.
Who knows the budding capacities of a soul better than the Creator? My beloved, ponder these words: ‘To be made in His image.’ When these words: ‘To be made in our image,’ were spoken in the eternal past, it had nothing whatsoever to do with the physical body. It had everything to do with the undying soul, which, as a seed, would be housed in the mortal temple of a being with free will to help choose its destiny.
The degree went forth, ‘Be ye perfect even as I am perfect.’ This is your purpose and goal of the ages. What you do with your seed-soul in this mortal life, which is the foundation life of all the ages to come in eternal life, is your gift back to the Creator.
In this seed-soul lie many hidden gifts, which will only be fully realized in the fullness of time. It is your privilege and duty to do the best you can, firstly, to help this seed-soul to grow by learning the lessons life presents to you, and secondly, through your choices and decision-making in learning the lessons of compassion and forgiveness towards all others.
When the Universal God spoke to His Co-Creators – the Eternal Son and the Infinite Spirit –saying: ‘Let us make man in our image,’ this, of course, included all women for in God’s eyes there is no gender and all are equal in His sight. Men and women are created to complement each other, and help each grow on the spiritual path.
It is an abomination to God’s Father-Heart, to observe how His daughters are threated on this confused and spiritually backward planet. Your Master-Son, Jesus, came to help set this straight when He also trained 12 women apostles. Little is known from your olden records about these women. Mary Magdalene was their spokesperson as was the apostle Andrew for the males.
Think of the travesty and abuse, which has been rampant on this planet. The time has come for an awakening of all souls to remember their divine heritage and destiny, and to start behaving accordingly.”
