Subject: “The Heart-Mind Equilibrium”

Thought Adjuster: “Many of you spend more time in their head than their heart. The terabytes of your grey matter and its complex circuitry are here to help you make sense of your ever-changing life circumstances — on the inner and the outer. Moment by moment, you make a staggering number of decisions — some habitual, some impulsive, others premeditated, weighing the pros and cons of their possible outcome.
I would say that impulsive decisions stem from the heart — your emotional center. Ideally, they should be the natural outworking of a wide-open heart, running on benevolence. Yet, because many toxic emotions are entrenched in your being, the decisions they trigger do not meet the optimal standards of altruism.
How then can you retrain your emotional center? It has to occur from within it. You can mentally formulate the intention to foster its expansion, which will help you remain focused on this worthwhile endeavor.
Just as you have a say in the quality of the nutrients you feed your mind, you need to be very clear about those that provide a positive emotional boost, impacting how you interact with the world at large.
It is also why the Adjuvant Mind Spirit of Worship is the heart-opener by excellence. Its esteemed Associates — Intuition, Understanding, Knowledge, Courage, Counsel, and Wisdom — interact with both your mind and your heart to convey their godlike attributes, thus nudging you toward self-realization.
When receptive to the proffered assistance of this highly qualified Faculty, your mental process will take you from the foundational level of intuition to the graduate one of wisdom. Sadly, many of you do not accord enough importance to their emotional growth, which leaves their heart lagging behind their intellect. It results in an intelligent but rather cold-hearted personality. This imbalance is quite hazardous to their spiritual development — as displayed in the tragic life trajectory of Lucifer — a high being who fell from grace when he shut down his heart to stage a clever coup against his Maker.
Make time for personal and group worship. There is great power when two or more gather to sing songs of praise. It becomes a gateway for grace to move into their wide-opened hearts. They will feel it in real but unspoken ways. Words cannot adequately describe such a blissful state when a sublime sense of peace takes over your entire being, working its way from your heart to your head.”

The Beloved: “Live in joy each moment when the thought comes to you that the eternal God lives, moves and has His Being in you. Since you live and breathe in God, He knows all the thoughts and intentions of your heart.
What you can gather here on earth is a richness of soul that is beyond your means to measure. Material wealth is like dust before the wind at the end of your physical life, although your chattels may indeed make your life more comfortable.
However, the soul is enriched by the intent of the heart to do what is right to help uplift the planet. The former mortal shall at the end of his or her earth-life ‘stand naked’ before their Maker, as all good thoughts and intentions are etched in the soul.
The true Banker is God, for He gives you 24 hours in each day to make good use of. Ask yourself how you are using this great wealth of time. Rushing around is wasting so much of life, and the end result are frazzled nerves, impatience with self and others, and all sorts of illnesses due to stress.
Humankind could solve a lot of its daily problems if more time was spent in quiet contemplation with Me. And what about the true purpose of life? If contemplation could become a daily habit, life would become so much easier, and so much more meaningful and joyful, rather than tedious and boring.
Think about this for a while; how a small amount of precious time spent with Me in the Stillness of your heart will pay you such rich dividends, which will not only uplift you, but as well permeate your immediate surroundings.
Allow Me to nurture and comfort you, so you will feel more peaceful to do yet another day’s battle towards achieving mastery of your life.”

“My Father abides in me and works through me. Believe me when I say that the Father is in me, and that I am in the Father, or else believe me for the sake of the very life I have lived—for the work’s sake.” [UB, 180:3.9]
Thought Adjuster: “Let us rephrase Jesus’ statement, as it has a universal application that includes YOU. “Your Father abides in YOU and wishes to work through YOU. He is in YOU, and YOU are in him. Allow him to use YOU as an instrument.”
Jesus was not a delusional, narcissistic personality. Quite the opposite. He reached his convictions through the validation of personal experience. He articulated them for YOUR benefit in his capacity of truth-discloser. His sworn enemies, disgruntled by the fact that they could never catch him in a lie, framed the epitome of innocence by manufacturing ugly lies.
Jesus reached self-mastery by abiding by the divine mandates in all his endeavors. Self-realization should also be your objective. The Father assigned you a purpose for mutual glorification. As you progress toward its maturation, you become yet another revelation of the Father through the alluring godlike qualities you come to embody authentically. Your beautiful metamorphosis will encourage others to step up their quest for everlasting meanings and sustainable moral values.
Your motivations make your legacy either anodyne or awe-inspiring. Keep in mind that your life force will be increased manifold if you dedicate it to worthwhile endeavors. The Divine will top it off with his premium energies and the inexhaustible driving force of his love. He wishes for his Presence to eternally LIVE within YOU. What an honor and a privilege it represents! It speaks volumes about your intrinsic value. Yet, it is yours to appreciate — in both senses of the word.
Express your undying gratitude for such gifts and judiciously invest your time and talents to make them fructify and depreciation-proof. Trust Me! Your spiritual growth curve will maintain its upward trend, taking you to currently unfathomable spiritual heights — all the way to the glories of Paradise and beyond.”

Subject: “Experiencing Conscious Contact – Part 13.”
Dear Friends and Light Workers,
This continuing series will expand and explain the eleven facets identified in Part 3, “The Framework for Conscious Contact.” This message takes a deeper look at the 11th facet:
“11. Close Conscious Contact Session”
After “seeing” and communicating your vision of personal progress and the kind of world you want to live in, it is time to bring your Conscious Contact session to a close. You have successfully engaged the Spirit within, but it feels like, as in any relationship, that there should be some kind of an acknowledgment or departing words before leaving your sacred space?
This is not unlike the departing words of a prayer where many would say, “Amen.” What this does for the devotee of prayer is that it provides a closing word or phrase that affirms the agreement of the two parties engaged in the communion — to sum it up as, “It is true... And so, it is...We agree.” It strengthens our faith, trust, and belief in what was experienced during the Conscious Contact session.
Again, as with all the previous facets, this closing word, phrase, statement, or benediction, should be as spontaneous as possible, but may become a familiar valediction. It is perfectly okay to use one word or to speak a lengthy benediction of your agreement and appreciation for the divine engagement. It is entirely up to you and how you feel in that moment — there are no rules.
“And so, it is — my will is aligned with Father’s Will.”
“Thank you, My Beloved, for engaging me in Conscious Contact.” “Please remind me of your presence throughout my day that I may share all beautiful moments with you.”
“Amen.”
That’s it, you may depart from your sacred space and go about your day. You have taken another step forward in your progress and growth knowing you have strengthened the relationship with your Indwelling Spirit of the Father within, your Thought Adjuster!

Subject: “Fleeting Material Needs and Wants.”

The Beloved: “It is truly helpful to contemplate all the ways in which you are blessed. This teaches you to forget your wants and instead shifts your focus to what has already been manifested.
The real need is always inner growth toward a higher level of living through increased understanding and love towards each other.
Material needs and wants are fleeting. Of course, there are real needs, but the attitude towards these needs can be changed, so that there will neither be any self-pity for seemingly being short-changed, nor jealousy toward another.
Real freedom from needs and wants comes only by living in faith, knowing that you are a worthy child of an all-powerful Creator. Believe that He who created the heavens and gave all the stars their places and knows them by name, can equally well take care of you.
A lot of poverty is created by fear of poverty. Worry and fear attract poverty and this often sets a cycle of poverty into motion, because that which you think about, you attract.
When you count your blessings and start thinking abundance, this cycle shifts then into a higher gear, according to the law of attraction.
Of course, this means thinking honestly with sincerity and truthfulness. Never prostitute your inner soul-self by being dishonest in the gathering of unearned wealth at someone else’s expense.
Each honest bit of work is worthy of recognition, and this is always recognized in heaven.
The state of the soul is the most precious possession in all creation. Nurture your soul in honesty and sincerity, not out of fear of punishment, but out of love for the Creator. He gives you all those life experiences through the Gift of free will, so that you can choose how you will live your life.
Always remember to turn within to count your blessings, and to confer with Me, your Guide.”
