Teacher Ophelius: “Today my dear students, we would like to speak about how to participate in your own attunement process with your Thought Adjuster (TA). As with all things in the universes of time and space, creature participation in the emergence of the Supreme Being requires free will decisions that attribute to unique creature experiences — the co-creative endeavors between you and your TA. Those that are aware of their Co-creative Partners have a distinct advantage over those who are oblivious to this fact of being — even more advantageous are those who work together with their Divine Partners to participate in the Great Plan and execute Christ Michael’s work to bring this world to the doorstep of Light and Life.
“Those of you having felt that you have come to this world to accomplish something great and have been searching for the key that unlocks the mystery that seems imprisoned in your mind — it is to you that I speak. That mystery is not a how, or where, or when, but an ‘ah-ha.’ It is the moment when you realize that there is unfathomable power on ‘standby’ and living within your mind — the Mystery Monitor waiting for you to awaken and claim your inheritance in this life. While the slumbering world looks ahead for a ‘savior’ to come and manifest Utopia for them, you have the opportunity to willingly and co-creatively participate in something monumental — here and now.
“We have given you many lessons over the years where we have talked extensively about this living relationship between you and Deity and now it is time for some of you to take that accumulated knowledge, your applied experiences, and begin to use it and use it with power. Many of you have not so much been ‘chosen’ to do this work of the Correcting Time, but you have willingly prepared yourself — through faith, and perseverance, to seek for that powerful relationship that is the key to all manifestation.
“Whenever there is a celestial administrative campaign (Correcting Time) to ‘move’ a planet and bring it into alignment with the creative mandates of the Great Plan, it is always a team effort between planetary oversight (the celestial realm) and with those living beings on the worlds of time and space. We look for those exceptional ‘bright lights’ that are most likely to establish a relationship with their Indwelling Spirit and prepare themselves for co-creative assignments. They are these individuals that get the focus from ‘our side’ where we put our energies and continue to lay the bread crumbs that lead to the unfolding of the Mystery.
“We ask you to prepare yourselves for the next level of attunement, and as you have been faithfully following the bread crumbs thus far, it would be beneficial for you to sit down and connect intimately with your TA and ask (willingly) for this next level of attunement. As mansion world teachers, we typically encode our messages ‘between the lines’ as you and your TA digest the lesson and apply it in your own way, but today we are giving you the coded words for this next level of attunement/participation:

Teacher: Prolotheos: “Living is an interactive technique with the environment, with yourself and others. You are conditioned by the environment, but you can also modify it to your convenience. You are conscious of yourself and relate to the self by reflecting and making decisions. Others prompt you with the most meaningful kinds of relationships — personal interaction, and this includes God. Life may become stressful, disappointing and extremely distasteful if not put under control and managed wisely. Today, let us discuss how to live better with the self. Here are some suggestions:
1. — Let Small Things Go.
“Granted, small things can become big problems in life, but only if you let them become big and give them more importance than they deserve. On letting small things go, first, make sure what is and what is not important in your life. What is important to some may not be so important to others; therefore, it is an individual assessment. Small things may be outside of your range of decisions — things that may be big in scope, but over which you have no control — you cannot alter them. Or, small things are those that are not worthy of your reaction, because it may just be a waste of time or your response may make them worse. Every event has a consequence; however, some situations are better left alone. On determining what is small or not, pay attention to relationships, finances and health issues — usually those are not small and should not be left alone.
2. — Laugh at Yourself.
“It is dangerous to take yourself too seriously. Simply speaking, it shows a selfish and individualistic attitude, if not an exaggerated concept of self-importance. Laughing at the self must be a genuine attitude, not out of resentment or pretentiously. You really have to see yourself as silly by doing something that is really ridiculous. But, if you don’t see it, it won’t work. Irony, sarcasm or regret will not do it. In fact, only a balanced sense of your own importance will enable you to laugh at yourself. To be able to laugh at yourself, you must do some reflection to find out how ridiculous a particular situation really is. All of us, evolutionary creatures on the way to perfection — but not yet there — can do it because the alternative is to think we are perfect like the Gods and that is pretty ridiculous.
3. — Live a Day at a Time.
“Can we really do it differently? We can only live one day at a time — this time called Present. Many people surely do try to live more than a day at a time, by attempting to stay in the past or projecting themselves on the future. None of these are possible. All that happens is a failure to live or a failure to not live in the only dimension in which we can really live — the present. From the past we get experiences and by looking towards the future we exercise our hope; they together help us to keep our living in the present wiser and hopeful. Living a day at a time requires focusing on the tasks at hand, on the routines of the day-to-day daily duties. Life is many times very stressful and the temptation to avoid it is great. Face the challenges of your daily living with courage and enjoy leisure and relaxation. Living a day at a time is all you can do — why not enjoy it?
“Therefore, my pupil, living better is possible if you make the right use of these three simple techniques: Let small thing go, that is, know how to determine what is small in your life and don’t let them grow out of proportion. Genuinely laughing at yourself is evidence that you have reached a balanced perspective of the self. You can find your own silliness and laugh at it. The Beloved One: “The gifts each human has as tiny, undeveloped seeds hidden in the immature soul, are innumerable. Many ages shall pass in eternity, before these gifts will come to full fruition and yet, even then ‘in the fullness of time’, much more will remain to be discovered, depending on the choices and experiences each soul decides to make and follow through with.
“By making beneficial decisions, you will always enrich your soul and those of others. Everything you do, or neglect to do, will always have consequences.
“Even a soul that refuses to choose eternal life, leaves a void in the completion of the Supreme God, although worthwhile experiences are always lodged in the personhood of God the Supreme, the evolving deity of space and time.
“The personality of that soul will forever be lost, as there are no duplicates in all of creation, just as there are no two snowflakes alike. Even so-called identical twins differ somewhat, as each personality is totally and completely unique, never again to be duplicated.
“The reason why you sometimes feel attracted to certain individuals depends purely on the fact that there exist feelings of kinship among certain groupings of mortals, the reasons for that will become more apparent in eternity.
“The fact remains that you all are offspring of the One, who desires that you would learn on your path through life; that all are worthy and of equal standing before the almighty Creator God.
“Gender or vocation matters not. It matters how one comports him or herself through life, by taking life’s opportunities to discover and develop the gifts seeded in their souls, and by returning these gifts through loving service to others, back to the Creator God.

Thought Adjuster: “The thought entered your mind that the expression of True Love goes way beyond the words, ‘I love you.’ Indeed, as for anything else, the spoken word has much creative power; yet it is powerless if it is not followed by creative deeds.
“Ponder this for a moment. In the course of your human life, you are building heart-connections in many forms, one of them being friendships. Sadly, many such ‘friends’ only deserve the title of ‘fair-weather friends’. They express their positive feelings toward you when everything is OK in your life; yet, when rainy days come around, only the ‘all-weather friends’ remain with you to lovingly help you weather your storms.
“If loving actions do not vouch for the sincerity of your kind words, those words were not truthful and it ensues in disillusioned hearts. This is the reason why the Master said that ‘you will recognize them by their fruits’.
“Dear ones, the next step in your spiritual awakening is to manifest Love in Action. Such a type of Love is the real thing and by far transcends Love in Words. If you are sincere in the spoken expression of your loving allegiances, the resulting connections will be enduring and sustainable. True Love is everlasting. This is the type of Love your Heavenly Family feels toward you. This is also the reason why you can be assured that they are very involved in your life, as it is what Love is about — always concerned, never indifferent.
“May your loving actions validate the sincerity of your words. Such actions will, indeed, be the irrefutable truth that ‘you meant it’. They also will become an integral part of the foundations of the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth, as only True Love is deemed to be an adequate building material. As you act lovingly, you are as well becoming increasingly aligned with your Godlikeness.”

Thought Adjuster: “Do not expect to die to finally be at peace. You can live and be at peace. Rest in Me. Allow me to help you. Let me ease your load. I will help, if you will let Me.
“Free yourself from everything that moves you away from My peace; from everything that robs you of your calm, your joy and your hope.
“Do not expect to die to live in Paradise. Paradise is available to you right now, but you have to wish to be in it.
“I have given you the power to decide where and how you want to live your earthly life; it is up to you. If you desire it, you can rest in My love, My help and My understanding. You can have paradise or earth, here and now.
“To live in peace, to live in Paradise, does not depend on the external situations; it depends on your mind’s disposition to go to Stillness and let Me in.
“I am waiting. I have so much love to share with you; your joy will be boundless once you calm your mind and allow me to come to you in Stillness, to fill your heart.
“And only then will you be able to share this love, because you cannot give what you don’t have.
“Let your self be filled with My peace, My light and My joy; and then share these with others. This is true Paradise, when you surrender completely to My love and you then share it with those who come along your path.
