Subject: “The First Signs”

Thought Adjuster: “All human beings during their life can have ‘flashes’ of enlightenment, instants in which they understand and somehow experience that they have in God a Father who loves and protects them. The results of these flashes may not last long in a human experience, but for the eternal life these are the first signs of awakening. These flashes are the treasures that those who have lived in this world will carry with them to eternity.
“You can be sure that any deficiency that has been experienced during a human life in a material world will be greatly complemented in the morontial worlds, before a creature becomes a spirit. The life in this world does not represent the totality of the formative experience for a human being. The experience that transforms a material being into a spirit extends all the way to the shores of the universe in which you live. By the time mortals are prepared for the adventure of the super universe of their origin, all the deficiencies and all the differences will have been eradicated. All first-stage spirits will be perfectly prepared for their next level of existence.
“The adjustment period for a spiritual life varies greatly depending on the origin of each creature. Certainly, those who awaken in the mansion worlds after one of the planetary dispensations of this world, may need an adjustment period more intense than some mortals of this era. Similarly, those who lived in worlds long established in light and life will have an adaptation period relatively short. However, all these differences in origin disappear when creatures are promoted to first-stage spirits and they prepare to enter the super universes.
“All the life experiences of human beings are the patrimony of the Supreme Being and these experiences will be available for all creation. This way you will be able to benefit from the lessons learned and the values obtained by those who lived in the remote past of your world and were not able to enjoy the same opportunities you have now. Similarly, those mortals of old will have access to your experiences and will take from them what they need to complete their spiritual education.
“Keep in mind that even today your world offers a great variety of experiences. Some live almost at the same level of human beings from thousands of years ago, while others have made an effort to get closer to a personal age of light and life. The time in which a mortal lives has some influence upon her spiritual progress, but it is the decisions made and the whish to live the will of the Father what facilitates or hinders the spiritual growth.
“This is why ‘He who rules his own spirit is mightier than he who takes a city’. Once you have achieved a certain level of control over your mind you develop the ability to think independently and you will not be affected by the beliefs and the traditions of those around you. This achievement represents a higher discernment of the truth that prevents you from being a victim of deception, whether it comes from the social institutions of your time and your generation, or from the wrong beliefs and truths not fully comprehended. This way you can start drawing the path to your eternal destiny, trusting in the orientation of the presence of God within you, and this is the most reliable and effective way to grow and progress in spirit.”

Mathew: “The real and ultimate value in any given task is in the effort you put into it; the energy you bring to bear on the project at hand. The psychologically experienced reward may well be in the result, or results, but the real spiritual value is in the intent. And while your brother (Bzutu) sees many disruptions to his endeavors, as he, with all his troops, is presently in the arena where he is most needed, his intent to carry his usual task forward never changes, although weary he might be. I, however, do have a little time to spare. This is Mathew.
“There, where the greatest unrest is at hand, we are dutifully employed to do the best we can under trying circumstances. Sadly, on this planet, and for all those who have now joined the small band that had to suffice you for so many years, it is, too, becoming a routine.
“Pressing on the Chiefs mind, is the difficulty these times are presenting to you all. Vital, to his mind, is the need to warn you that all must go on, in peacetime and in unrest. And so, his message to you is for you to pray with him, but to also clear your mind and carry on with what shows such great success so far, and will likely continue.
“Always be aware that in this universe of universes, a love for one’s brother, and the intent to do good works, comes before anything else. The law of averages will provide you with greater or lesser results, but heartfelt intent is all that counts in your long universe careers. Carry on. This is Mathew. My love I give to you both.”

The Beloved One: “The intentions of the heart, the willingness to change and the decisions to follow through with these, are all known to the Creator in Heaven. However, you are human and God totally expect you to fall down and fail in your trying. You humans are like an infant learning to walk, but does the little one berate itself when it falls? Of course not.
“It cheerfully gets up and tries again. So it is with you.
“The path to self-mastery lends itself to many surprises and disappointments, and that is how you learn.
“If you do not try, then nothing worthwhile is gained. This is the road that leads to perfection. You don’t get there by ‘sitting on your hands,’ thinking that someone else will come forward and do it for you. No, all humans carry their own responsibility about how they behave themselves throughout life.
“How you choose and how you decide, is totally up to you. Choices can be very painful to make, because of your fear of the unknown. However, the making of choices can become so much easier when you let Me into your daily life to help you with the decision making process.
“It takes time, for you need to develop greater inner listening skills, since I reside in the Stillness of your being. Of course, this is a free will decision on your part. Yet, My beloved, it pleases Me when you come to Me of your own accord, preferably always at the same time. In this manner I can start to depend on you to be there, whilst you can always depend on Me to reciprocate.
“In honoring Me by coming at a self-appointed time, you will progress so much faster; The learning depends on your willingness to progress. I am waiting to lead you and teach you. I have all the patience in the world, while I wait for the opportunity to be your Guide.
“I am your Creator’s Gift, speaking to you now, so dwell in the silence with Me.”

Subject: “Keep It Up!”

“No religionist may hope to attain the enlightenment of immortal wisdom who persists in being slothful, indolent, feeble, idle, shameless, and selfish. But whoso is thoughtful, prudent, reflective, fervent, and earnest—even while he yet lives on earth—may attain the supreme enlightenment of the peace and liberty of divine wisdom.” [UB 131:3.5]
Thought Adjuster: “The enlightenment of immortal wisdom is the pearl of great value that forms and grows within your soul. A natural pearl begins its life inside an oyster's shell when an intruder, such as a grain of sand, slips in between one of the two shells of the mollusk and the protective layer that covers its organs called the mantle.
As below, so above. The pearl of wisdom grows when your soul comes in contact with emotional irritants, such as adversarial predicaments and unexpected turns of events. When handled correctly, such difficulties are powerful soul-activating agents, as they propel you out of an idling spiritual mode.
There is no spiritual voltage in slothfulness, indolence, and other free-loaders that ride on their coattail. Such frames of mind are utterly unproductive—to your soul growth, as well as to the collective consciousness.
On the other hand, those who are spiritually aware contemplate the situation before devising workable action plans. How do you solve the 3-D combination puzzle presented by a Rubik Cube? Determination alone will not suffice. It requires a great deal of reflection, focus, and foresight. If foresight fails, hindsight will show you what does not work, thus naturally eliminating non-viable options.
You acquire wisdom through trials and errors—not through the status quo of inactivity. Successful researchers make it their mission statement to uncover factual truth, thus contributing to the collective enlightenment and rewarding the analysts with a substantial amount of satisfaction.
Wisdom bears no expiration date. Let it sink in. Collecting its precious nectar will turn out to be one of the most profitable investments of your life force.
How many nuggets of wisdom have you already harvested on the rugged beaches of time and space? On a scale of 1 to 10, how enlightened do you feel? One thing is sure; it will pay off once you engage in that quest. Your inquisitive attitude makes you receptive. Keep it up!”

Introduction:
I woke to the presence of Monjoronson this morning and as I drifted into a state of wakefulness, visions of George Barnard surfaced and it occurred to me that though my connection with George went back in time to the 1990’s when I first ordered my copy of the Akashic Construct cd, there are many others who knew him much better than I did. And so, from my desire to contribute in an appropriate way to George’s memorial, I approached Monjoronson with this question:
“Is it appropriate for you or Machiventa to contribute to a discussion about George Barnard to be shared at his memorial? I am willing to transmit it.”
At this point, the contents of my visual screen changed and Machiventa appeared with this to say:
Machiventa: “Yes, perhaps I can provide a brief glimpse into the transition that occurs for one as dear and devoted as our George when he sheds his human shell and passes on to the mansion worlds. You may be able to imagine that there will be many of us waiting in the sidelines backstage to have our opportunity to welcome him, to commend him for his years of service to the spiritual upliftment of this planet and to assist him in the task of reawakening. And that is now the process we are undertaking with him.
“And though we will feel the gap of disconnection from the services he rendered as a human collaborator, he has once again taken up the baton on this side to continue his ascending journey as a spiritual being, and we anticipate that in the process he will support those on this side who are engaged in the work of our Father/Brother, Michael of Nebadon toward the rehabilitation of your planet.
“Though your scope of work may be different, this is a similar path that you will follow upon your return to your spiritual homeland, each of you contributing your experience not only to The Supreme, but also gradually blossoming once again into the fullness of your being after what seems like a long, veiled slumber on Earth.
“You can be assured, that over time every opportunity will be made available for George as he chooses, to observe and support those he left behind and perhaps connect with them in some way. For as you grow in confidence and understanding of your connectedness to the spiritual world, the ability to occasionally communicate with loved ones that have passed to the mansion worlds is becoming an emerging reality on your planet.
“Let me now illuminate for you a point of true significance in George Barnard’s life as a human being on Earth. As you share the memories you have of George, you will begin to understand how an ordinary man with the intelligence and development typical of an average human being can produce extraordinary results that impact the spiritual well-being of many worldwide, through his ongoing effort to serve his creator.
“May George Barnard’s life be an example to all of you that regardless of your current standing in this world and your relative imperfection, you as individuals and within this group hold this same potential to positively and exponentially influence the future direction of those who reside on this planet.
“It is our hope that these words will comfort you and guide you as you experience the loss of his presence in your life.”
