The Beloved: Let us commune in the secret place of the Father, where peace and harmony reign, and where nothing remains but the holy presence. Find here the true calm and healing for your restless mind, so your heart can recover from the daily stresses it is subjected to. As well, your body will feel refreshed for having been in My presence, so you will be encouraged to battle on with your training in self-mastery.
This training is needed for all spirit-born sons and daughters of God. See all the circumstances and happenings as lessons on your path. It is very important to not be blown by the winds of change that are happening on the planet. Instead, let these changes make you strong and resilient in your faith and trust in God. Stilling the mind from time to time to gain mastery over self is the hardest thing to do, and yet the most needed exercise to engage in.
People are spending time and money to exercise and train the body, but what about the mind and spirit? Walking and sitting among nature, calms the human spirit and mind. If humankind would spend more time training in Stillness, and truly feel a holy hush surrounding and pervading them, they would much sooner achieve an inner harmony and balance!
It is essential to spent equal or more time on exercising the mind and spirit, as is spent on the body. Spiritual growth happens from the inside out, and reflects on the outer way of life. Exercise daily your faith and trust in Me, and train your mind to think uplifting, positive and loving thoughts.
Become more aware of how to train your mind. Elevate your thinking with all your might and with pure and sincere intent, which leads to mastery over the baser mundane self.
This is the exercise I would have you engage in, so your path through life will contain a greater peace.

Monjoronson: “Hello to all of you my friends, Monjoronson here, and on this day, it is my intention to talk to you on a subject that each of you will have to understand: Resilience.
Being resilient means an individual has the ability to fully grasp a situation, to fully understand this situation and above all to accept it according to his knowledge and abilities.
The coming time are going to expose you to situations that will test your ability to be resilient in the face of them. Each of you will need to turn to your inner voice to enhance your ability to remain resilient in the face of situations and trials that will be experienced.
My friends, listen to your inner voices, your Thought Adjusters, as never before because this communication will be very important to allow you to receive the guidance which will help you to accept the situations you will have to face.
This message is not meant to increase the fear and confusion that is spreading on Urantia now, but to allow you to understand that you are not alone, that we are here in great numbers, ready to guide you and give you this hope that has been asked of us for a very long time.

“In this time of waiting Jesus endeavored to teach his associates what their attitude should be toward the various religious groups and the political parties of Palestine. Jesus’s words always were: “We are seeking to win all of them, but we are not of any of them.”” [UB 137:7.5]
Thought Adjuster: “After a tumultuous political campaign in the United States, your world is waiting for its official outcome. Regrettably, many of you exhibited little moral decency while voicing their convictions. Their political fervor placed a gag order on the voice of reason of the Golden Rule, thus aggravating the state of divisiveness and hostility among men.
No matter who emerges as the official winner of this election, I admonish each one of you to take a meditative time-out and ponder your behavior—past and present. Has your attitude contributed to the spiritual advancement of your world? Or have you placed your spiritual life on a sabbatical to devote all your energies to your political crusading? Jesus clearly stated that his followers should only be concerned about winning souls for the Father.
Violence-condoning religious or political demeanors are unacceptable. They stand in stark contrast with Jesus’ benevolence toward all. The word ‘benevolence’ has its roots in the Latin words ‘bene’ and ‘velle.’ It means to wish well to others—a one-word summary of the Golden Rule.
Win or lose, how will you behave? “All too often, when we battle for the right, it turns out that both the victor and the vanquished have sustained defeat.” [UB 160:3.4] Do not let it happen to you! Strive to emerge spiritually victorious from this personal challenge. May the winners be compassionate toward their disappointed siblings, and the losers shine by their sportsmanship. May both sides graciously shake hands, declaring their willingness to collaborate for the highest good—turning a critical predicament into a win-win situation."

Thought Adjuster: “Sometimes, things that you tolerated before now show their lack of truth, beauty, and goodness, in contrast to the things that, as a being who is awakening to spirituality, you want to incorporate into your life. You will start to discriminate the kinds of thoughts you entertain in your mind. Only when your mind is consecrated to be a temple of truth, beauty, and goodness, the age of light and life will truly arrive in your life.
“For all creatures, this is a process of continuous effort – sustained self-examination. It is difficult for most human beings to break overnight the habits of a lifetime and the results of social and cultural indoctrination. It is a slow process of independence where you move beyond groupthink – the need to comply with what the majority considers adequate – and start to think independently.
“However, occasionally you will experience some moments of enlightenment and peace when you realize that you are living a rich life. While you do what is necessary to be better, you should realize that you are achieving the goal of your existence and increasingly harmonizing your will with the will of the Father. You are not perfect yet, but you are working to achieve perfection, and this means that you are doing with your life what the Father desires for you.
“From time to time, stop and consider your efforts and your achievements, and be grateful for the opportunity to live a life in this world, a life that will be the foundation of a higher and more beautiful life on the path towards the presence of God. Do not let the illusions and the confusion of the false human needs rob you the satisfaction of knowing that all those who strive to overcome their limitations and become a higher and more beautiful expression of themselves are truly engaged in the most noble and important human task, one that will produce personal benefits for each creature and will also be a contribution for the entire creation.

My friends, open your hearts and imagine the greatness of the eternity around you, a vast eternity without beginning or end that is filled with love.
Urantia is part of this reality, of this eternity, and this planet was the planet of the last bestowal of your Creator Son, Michael.
My friends, Urantia is a decimal planet and as you know, decimal planets allow the creation of life in a different way compared to other so called normal planets. It is a fact that on Urantia the life that has been created has produced what no decimal planet has been able to create in all of the eternity of the universe.
The rebellion has caused great harm and evil and that has led to a different evolution of life and evolutionary race: humanity. The human is a totally unique race in the universe, you are unique as an evolutionary being and this is mainly the result and the cause of the rebellion.
You may be surprised to learn this, but indeed, the human race, YOU, are unique. Despite the fact that the evolution of the human race has never known true spiritual life, it has been able to become greatly spiritual without ever having been able to live spirituality in a completely rebellious world.
You are now facing a world of darkness and despite this we are able to see the light in most of humanity. You are unique, my friends, and you are a part of this universe and eternity. Now you know that the rebellion also had positive sides that came out of it.
