Subject: “Experience a Lollapalooza.”

Teacher Ophelius: “The message for today is about experiencing a ‘Lollapalooza,’ defined as an extraordinary or unusual thing, person, or event; an exceptional example or instance. What do I mean by this? I’m asking you to break free from the mundane, for your purpose in life is essentially to have experiences and to have them in a very intense way, as you should, living on the worlds of time and space.
“Your life in the flesh viewed from an eternal standpoint can be compared to the intense learning period that an infant child experiences in the first year of life. You are being acclimated for life in eternity – to ascend the heavens and to broaden your horizons in unimaginable ways. Therefore, why would you spend the precious time you have in this very intense environment day after day experiencing the mundane, the predictable, the ‘same old – same old’ things that you know too well. Like the infant who needs stimulation to learn and grow properly, you also need stimulation of varying experiences to properly acclimate yourself to your eternal adventure in the grand universe.
“Do something different, meet someone new, explore some new destination and create those intense extraordinary experiences that will better prepare you for eternity. Would you keep an infant child in his or her crib all day without toys or interaction with others? No, you would not because as a parent, you know that is not healthy for a child and that the child must learn how to be human. And so it is with your Heavenly Father, He also wants you to grow and be healthy – be prepared for eternity. Therefore go find those unique experiences that make your life rich.
“You have heard the term, ‘step outside the box?’ This is what you are to do to maximize your short but intense training on the worlds of time and space – step outside the mundane and have life more abundantly! Your guides and guardians are waiting to assist you in having these extraordinary experiences, for they know that this is the way to accelerate your progress.
“It is through these new experiences that you often re-evaluate your purpose, or you reflect on these experiences in a new light and glean new insights and new values. I cannot express how important it is to explore your world – the people, places, and things in it that can help you to be more than you are. Seek and you will find! Ask and it shall be revealed to you. Knock and the door will be open to you. All you desire to be can be realized in this life if only you have the faith to believe, for the universes were created to respond to your desires!

Subject: “Creation and Evolution Revisited.”

Orion: “This is Orion, your friend and regular spokesperson for the local contingent of Life Carriers. We carry both human, and animal including insect, even plant life from planet to planet, but obviously not in that order, no. As distinct from plant life, much is needed to sustain human life, thus long periods are required before a planet is at last suitable for human habitation. On most worlds the introduced species are plants, insects, then small animals, larger animals, and finally the best of the human species from populated worlds.
“We, Life Carriers, do this work of adapting and nurturing plant life almost entirely within the local universe sector, unless great advantages in suitability can be had by crossing species from two or more local sector worlds. We may need to also adapt the insects to local conditions. By and large animals of all kinds will adapt and so do the human migrants, generally promoted from the more advanced civilizations. On such planets of standard colonizing procedure the concepts of evolution or creation do not become an issue.
“This is what we will cover today. We are revisiting creation versus evolution and the alarming stubbornness with which the opposing camps arm themselves with the most ridiculous of arguments in order to try to prove their points of view. Neither did the Creator of All put millions-of-years-old dinosaur bones in the ground, just to play a trick on anthropologists, nor did a stray lightning bolt initiate life where there is no God. Well, nothing begets nothing, and the Creator does thing exactly as he likes. After all, they’re His universes.
“Actually, the Creator holds it all together from one split second to the next. We are nurtured. The whole of our universes are nurtured, cared for, sustained, by his Will. And then there are the likes of us who try to be as helpful as we can in assisting the Life Initiator Supreme in caring for His time-space backyard to eternal Paradise. We, Life Carriers, among myriad other species of universe helpers do our utmost best to progress time-space. We are not in the least fussed about creation or evolution . . . evolution or creation.
“Both creation and evolution apply to your world, which is a decimal world. And with decimal worlds we can play a creative game, rather a co-creative game, where we try all manner of building blocks, at times millions of combinations, to attempt to produce a better human, physically stronger, more intelligent, and likely more spiritual. Yet, these are still lifeless building blocks in need of the life-giving spark from on High for primitive life to evolve here, slowly, until you are what you are today, and will hopefully improve more in time.
“Do we then leave and let it happen on your world? Not at all! We can energize and improve the most promising of organisms, and that’s hardly evolutionary, and we can withhold this energy from those with little chance of forward progression. You see, my friend, it’s neither evolution nor creation, but both, the Creator’s choice, and the way untold servants can assist, live exciting lives, and progress in time-space, to be God-like in the end. This is Orion saying thank you for your hospitality and your attention to my words. Adieu.”

Subject: “The Healing Effect of Laughter.”

Teacher Ophelius: “The message for today is about laughter and its healing effect on the human body. It has been said that laughter is good for the heart and good for the soul, and that is a very fine and true statement. Laughter releases endorphins in the brain that communicate with the cells of the body that are vibrating at a less than normal rate, and it acts as a synchronizer to bring those cells into harmony with the rest of the body. This is similar to two tuning forks of the same frequency, where the first is struck in close proximity to the second, and the second begins to vibrate in sympathy with the first.
“This effect that laughter has on the cells also works on the mind and the attitude of the individual. It raises the vibration of the persona and makes it ‘lighter.’ This is something that is quite measurable. For instance, when someone who is sad, dark, or serious walks into the room with others, they will feel this lower vibration, and this darkened personality will cause the others to lower their vibration unless there is a very strong and bright personality in the room which can overcome those lower vibrations.
“You must not take yourselves too seriously my friends, for it is important for your mind, body, and soul to be ‘light.’ It serves you and others around you well to be in this higher vibratory mode of living. Do you not enjoy a party? What happens when you are in the company of good friends who are loving life? They laugh and joke and lift up your ‘spirits.’ What is happening is that they are raising your vibration in sympathy with theirs. So, what kind of friends do you have? If they are constantly bringing you down, perhaps it is time to find new ones, eh?
“How do you perceive the Creator Father? Do you think He is this solemn and stern judge who barks out commands and is constantly finding fault in His erring children? Why no, for He is perfect and of the highest vibration, and there is no darkness in Him. He is the ‘Bestower’ of humor in the personality and he delights when you are happy and full of joy and laughter because it brings you into a state that is more ‘like Him.’ So, I have just said that to laugh is to be God-like!
“If you are feeling ‘under the weather’ today, my friends, you need to laugh. Go and see a funny movie or call a good friend. Get those slow cells moving and you will heal much faster than when mulling around with a dark countenance. Even if you are uncomfortable, ‘grin and bear it.’ It is better to laugh and hurt than to cry and hurt. I recommend laughter therapy for all of you today.

Receivers note: I wasn’t sure about what ‘endorphins’ were precisely and after I received the message, I looked it up on Wikipedia and this was the definition:
Endorphins ("endogenous morphine") are endogenous opioid peptides that function as neurotransmitters. They are produced by the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus in vertebrates during exercise, excitement, pain, consumption of spicy food, love and orgasm, and they resemble the opiates in their abilities to produce analgesia and a feeling of well-being.

Subject: “The Prayer of Life and Ascension.”

Teacher Ophelius: “Father, it is my heart’s desire, my duty, my reason for being, to bring light, to show mercy, to open up my being to your unconditional love, so that I may be a shining beacon of that love to others, that they would see in me the way home.
“Remind me daily, hourly, minute by minute, of your presence within me that I may grow and change and become more like you in all my ways. Speak to me of the unity of all beings that I would have patience, tolerance, and compassion for those who walk in lesser light and confusion, and reveal to me the opportunities to reach out and show the way to salvation – to know you and to know that all men and women are the children of the Most High God.
“Help me to prioritize my time on this world and to let go of the things that distract me from growing in love and wisdom. Help me to recognize in myself the qualities and traits that are of the ego, which are self-serving, that I may correct and have mastery over. Place a watch over my tongue that I would pause and think before I react to those who would tempt me.
“Admonish me to make time to sit in the silence and to connect with you in love and worship – divine communication – the Parent with the child. Teach me the things that will help me to grow and serve, and place in my path the opportunities to learn from others that I may in turn teach through wisdom, the ways of Truth, Beauty, and Goodness.
“Like a pebble thrown into a pond, let my presence here in this life, my dealings with others, and my contribution to society, be as a ripple that multiplies in love and righteousness. Let the energy that is my life leave a legacy for future generations to follow and build upon.
“Send to me your ministers of light to guide and protect me and to help me to prepare for transition into my next life station. Transform me from a citizen of this world, to a citizen of the universe by showing me the viewpoint of eternity and the ascension plan.
“Reveal to me the purpose of my life that I may not squander the precious time I have been given to walk upon the earth. Help me to focus on the important things and let go of the trifles that have no value in the divine plan.
“Walk with me all the days of my life here, and hereafter, for I shall forever be your eyes, your ears, your mouth, your heart, and your mind, wherever I sojourn in the creation. I am your partner in eternity and I look forward to that hour when I stand before you in finality on Paradise.

Subject: “The Creation of Your Own Reality.”

Teacher: “At this time we cannot speak of a society being limited to just one nation. Globalization has allowed you to think of unity, as extending beyond geographical and political boundaries. Specifically, the concept of capitalism has spread all over the world, mostly in North America and Europe, but also in other countries.
“In today’s world nations have been grouped into two categories: developed and under-developed. Particularly this classification should pertain to the maturity level of their political systems. Some countries have their governments well established. These governments are predictable and supported by their peoples. Other countries still have tribal leaders or groups that struggle only to keep their power and status. It should not be a surprise that the nations belonging to the latter group have bigger economic and social issues than those in the former group. The under-developed countries are too busy resolving their own internal issues to significantly contribute to the rest of the world.
“The countries with certain political maturity are the ones that move the planet forward and promote progress of civilization. It is in these countries that the scientific, technological, social and ideological advances are more needed in order to compete successfully in the international arena and to maintain the current achievements. It is in these countries where there exist the risk of future stagnation.
“In these privileged countries the new generations are being raised with the idea to struggle only for riches and material rewards – fame and fortune. The modern culture highlights those men and women who have a lot of money or who are famous. The young susceptible minds observe this and are easily impressed. Professional education is seen as a means to achieving the material rewards, when it should be a tool to find a personal way to contribute to the group. Many young choose their careers thinking exclusively of what is best for them, not for the group. Those who have no access to education or can’t adapt to the educational methods often look for illegal alternatives to obtain what they think they deserve. In this regard, modern society is becoming more backward than many of the societies of your so-called prehistoric era.
“Professional education is a function of the state, but to instill values for life is a responsibility of the family, the fathers and mothers of the future generations. In the end, it is the contribution of each human being that will determine the future. Those parents illuminated by spirit will know how to guide their little ones to become useful as adults. Such parents, searching wisdom in the presence of God within them, will teach their children the virtues of loving service to their peers. Their teachings will transform these little ones into men and women of great value to humanity, and with the desire to make this world better for those who will come after. Only in this way will the age of Light and Life be achieved in this world – when each and every one of you accepts and embraces your personal responsibility in the creation of your own reality.”
