Subject: “Healing Starts in the Inner Life.”

The Beloved One: “Life on this earth is beset with uncertainties and often everyone, quite unknowingly, labors under the yoke of handicaps.
“Humankind is learning to deal with and accommodate the obviously visible impediments. However, it has hardly started to address the mental, emotional and spiritual handicaps.
“The mental, emotional and spiritual handicaps are far more real and insidious and, because of their invisibility, they are harder to deal with.
“The spiritual handicaps are intertwined with the mental ones and both affect the emotions; and although the emotional ones seem easier to deal with, they are in fact the most difficult.
“Its cause is often a lack of parental love and acceptance, a lack of nurturing. Frequently it starts already before conception if the young couple is not ready to accept full responsibility for the new life they are creating.
“The unseen Spirit of God is always present.
“Most so-called love-making is but a random moment in time, without thought for the eternal consequences. However, it often culminates in the creation of a new life.
“The world still lives in separation from God and is oblivious to the love of the Creator. Abuses are rampant, as there is often a total disrespect for human life and dignity.
“Is it really any wonder that there are as yet so few truth-seeking souls? The emotional and mental handicaps do influence the spiritual life. Much healing needs to occur in all these areas and this is not accomplished with chemicals of any kind.
“Healing starts ‘in the inner life,’ with a truthful and sincere seeking of the real purpose of the Gift of life itself — the open door to all healing.
“Much celestial help is available, and all one has to do is ask in sincere prayer and sit in meditation to hear the answers. Doors are always opening, but it is in mindful and conscious living that these opportunities are discovered.
“There are lessons to be learned, experiences to be gained, for the growing of a strong dependable character.
“Do turn to the Silence within, and listen to the still Voice of the eternal God.
“It is in you to do so.”

Subject: “Are You Fluent in Prayer?”

Thought Adjuster: “For many among you, prayer is a very formal activity, as they have been taught to speak to the Divine using ‘holy’ or ‘sacred’ generic formulas. At times, they are repeated over and over, at the risk of dulling the mind and weakening the focus of the person dutifully ‘reciting’ them. Yet, on the positive side, they can act as conversation starters with the Divine.
“Just as you frequently engage in conversations by talking about the weather and then moving on to more interesting and intimate topics, such generic prayers could act as the primers for deeper ones.
“Don’t you think that the Father would relish hearing the confidences flowing out from your heart, rather than your mental regurgitations of prayers that He has by now heard bazillions of times? Which one would pique His interest? By truthfully confiding in Him and by asking Him questions that are relevant to your life, He will provide you with pertinent answers and you will get to discover for yourself how close and personal He is.
“When you set out to learn a foreign language, you start with the basics of that language until such time as you can speak in easy-flowing full sentences. Eventually by applying yourself diligently, you become so fluent that you can think in that previously ‘foreign’ language without any longer resorting to a dictionary or a translator.
“The same applies to prayer. What matters is that you learn to speak the language of your heart, rather than the one of your head that fails to impress the Father with its string of fancy words, missing their intended mark, as He wishes for a heart-to-heart connection, not a head-to-head one.
“Dear ones, don’t be shy! Don’t hold back! Your efforts at establishing a sincere communication with the Father will not go unnoticed, just as a parent greatly rejoices at his child’s first and often garbled words and becomes adept at reading between their lines, so to speak.
“By learning to talk to the Father from the very bottom of your heart, you will soon acquire a greater ease at expressing yourself. You will become fluent in prayer and such prayers will overflow in your life in many ways as, once fully opened, your heart will remain open in your other relationships as well. Such prayers will become as important to you as the air you breathe.
“Eventually, you will become so comfortable sitting in the Divine Presence that you will refrain from uttering a single word, so as not to contaminate this quality silence where a wonderful heart-to-heart communion takes place.”

Thought Adjuster: “Love is the key to overcoming the limits imposed by the partiality of your point of view and by your perception of reality. As the young apostle once wrote, ‘God is Love.’ The essence of the Father is expressed through His unconditional love and it is only through love that a human being can reach the heights of divine perfection, even while intellectually ignoring the true meaning of this perfection.
“The Master once said that the most eloquent demonstration of spiritual progress is the quality of love a person can offer to his or her peers. The beliefs or knowledge of a person are not as important. It is through love that a Thought Adjuster can express the divine will in a more complete fashion, because to love unconditionally is to express divinity.
“The religion into which you were born, the beliefs and the traditions that surround you, the culture in which you are immersed, or the moral and intellectual level of the world you live in, are not so important. You may choose to improve your education, elevate your culture by knowing a little bit more about your world, or by following all the established rules, but only when you allow love to inundate your being, motivating your decisions and actions, will you rise above the material world and discover new values and truths.
“Many times in the history of your world, some personalities that you might have considered uncultured, simple or lacking in intelligence, have elevated their actions to the heights of divinity thanks to the powerful love they felt for their peers. Many have defied the traditions and the rules of the place or the time in which they lived with the goal of providing loving service and work for the happiness of a loved one. It is precisely in those moments – the times when a person gives everything for the happiness of others – when a human being acts like the Father would, if He were in his or her place.
“Don’t worry about what you think you know or don’t know. Don’t be concerned that the partiality of your current understanding of the truth may hinder your spiritual progress. Focus instead on learning to love and increasingly knowing and accepting your brothers and sisters in this world. Love is the essence of the Father and the force that sustains the universes. Learn more about love and everything else will be revealed to you through experience.”

Subject: “The I AM Essence – Next Steps.”

Teacher Ophelius: “You Students on the path may have been asking yourselves, ‘What is next for me?’ ‘How shall I grow more spiritually?’ ‘What other practice shall I follow that will lead me to greater spiritual awareness?’ ‘How can I really know the Will of the Universal Father?’ ‘How may I be of service?’ If you are asking these types of questions, dear ones, this means that you are hungry and that spirit gravity has a hold of you. These are positive signs of growth, in and of themselves, and it is an indication that you are indeed ready for the next phase of your spirit-led life. You have signaled your readiness to change and that you are open to new opportunities. This is the seedbed for transformation, my friends, and it may be that your days of seeking and sitting at the feet of others have come to an end?
“The next step for some may be that you need to change some of your routines that prevent you from exploring a deeper relationship with Spirit? If growth is important to you, then preparing the soil of your seedbed is vital to taking that next step toward a more spirit-led life. Of whom are you asking these hungry questions? Do you speak them to the wind or are you developing a more intimate relationship with your Indwelling Spirit, your Thought Adjuster (TA)? Since your God Fragment is your spiritual coordinator and guide through all phases of spiritual development, it would be beneficial that you begin and sustain a more intimate contact with this Divine Councilor as you would a true soul-mate?
“When you rise each morning, and retire each evening, where are your thoughts? Where are they when you wake in the middle of the night? Are they on material matters — world events; work related worries; dysfunctional relationships, or are they focused on these hungry questions and your connection with your TA? Like any relationship of value, you must invest time; take interest in the deeper development of that relationship and strive for coherence — wanting to give the very best of yourself — your loving nature; your attention; your loyalty and friendship to the other as a reflection of your own desire to be loved, nurtured, and spiritually attuned.
“Do you pray? What is it that really happens when you pray sincerely? You are reaching out with your individualized consciousness and connecting to the Greater Consciousness of the Universal Father, for which your consciousness is a part? Your TA is the conduit of this channel to the Greater Consciousness of the Creator Father. Is it possible to leave this connection open at all times? How does one ‘pray without ceasing?’ To pray continually means you have opened this channel to the Greater Consciousness of the Creator and you openly share your intimate thoughts, hopes, desires, fears and vulnerabilities with your TA — that part of the Creator Father that is focused in you. The ‘I AM Essence’ begins to flow bi-directionally providing constant feedback. This can be developed, my dear Students on the path, and you can have answers to the hungry questions when you have continual access (bi-directional flow) to this greater consciousness of the Universal Father through a more intimate relationship with your TA.
“Do you really want to know and do the Father’s Will? Develop this open channel to the Greater Consciousness and design a ‘wedge’ to keep it open whenever possible. How do you do this? Each of you are unique and each is a co-creator. I challenge you to design your own ‘wedge’ to keep this door open — a reminder of your constant connection to the Greater Consciousness — Father via TA. Do this diligently for two weeks, my dear friends, and you shall, without doubt begin to notice this ‘I AM Essence’ (bi-directional flow) is present and active in your consciousness — leading you to the answers of those important hungry questions.

Receiver’s note: What the Teachers are challenging us with is to create a ‘reminder’ of our own design that brings our attention to our relationship with our TA in any given moment. What would you do to remind yourself of an important appointment? Your appointment is any given moment when you are not distracted by material life. Even watching a movie, you can be sharing your thought impressions with your TA and extracting the meanings and values and receiving bi-directional flow. Such can be done during a conversation with a friend or co-worker. Idle moments are given. This message seemed to be a ‘theme’ of great importance for the Teachers at this time. I’m designing my ‘wedge’ today and will take up the challenge. Will you?

Subject: “A Lesson on Hidden Things.”

The Beloved One: “There are many things in life that are hidden. They never see the light of day and yet they form an intricate part of everyday life; such as the undercurrents of emotions. Also, it might perhaps be of interest to you, that there is absolutely nothing hidden from The Almighty Creator and us Thought Adjusters, who come from this highest Spirit Source. We have come to indwell all humans as the still small Voices to help and Guide you all as individual reflections of God. The one fact you need to know is that I shall endeavor to impart to you that, which is needed for your understanding in order for you to gain the necessary wisdom during life’s experiences.
“Your capacity to understand the mysteries of God are as yet so miniscule that it is a great joy and wonder for the celestials to see, how admirably well so many of you cope, even in the direst of circumstances. Oh, I well know all the superstitious beliefs which are in place as coping mechanisms, but this should not worry you as these will all fall away as they were serving as scaffolding to create a foundation of faith.
“Once the greater truth becomes known, all the old outmoded, superstitious and erroneous belief systems shall pass away to gradually make room for more enlightened truth. Everyone holds only a tiny part of truth in their being according to their understanding and per the belief systems you grew up with. Many mortals believe that theirs is the only truth and they are comfortable with that and as long as it gives them the needed soul peace, they do well on their own.
“Everyone has their own time of awakening and readiness to accept. There is also the matter of continuing revelation during which some of the hidden things are being revealed, especially when one seeks to know. This can happen through a casual conversation with someone or when you allow me to speak through you. As a matter of fact, this is going on all the time, when humans allow their God within to have a voice, which can be especially helpful in trying circumstances.
“Remember that I am apprised of each mortal as well as being apprised of you, as I have access to all the other Sparks of God. There is no time or distance between our communications. Everything is instantaneous and should it be necessary for you to speak comforting words to someone, these are available from Me, while you might think, 'where did these words come from?'
“When you are willing to be used, you shall be used and circumstances and opportunities will be provided to teach you. It might interest you to know, that ego does not play a role in the revealing of mysteries which are coming to light. This is important to remember. You are only an instrument through which the Almighty One desires to be revealed.
“The closer you walk with me, the better will you be able to discern the soul-needs of another, and be able with a few words to offer insight or assistance. This is walking in the light and love of God to help heal others as you yourself are also being healed.”
