Thought Adjuster: “Civilized nations issue each of their citizen with an ID — an Identification Card that contains his or her personal data: date of birth, race, sex, place of residence, height, hair and eye color. Mostly, those are external ‘identifiers.’ Your unique fingerprints are also part of your personal data. Yet, such data mostly pertains to your human vehicle and helps differentiate it from others, just like the model of your car, its color and its registration plate make it easier for you to find it in a crowded parking lot.
“Yet, you are much more than the color of your skin, your citizenship, your family status and your occupation. This layer of your being is not sufficient to get to KNOW you.
“Who Are You? You are like a set of those Russian dolls that fit snugly into one another. What I mean by that is that there are many more layers to your being than the one that meets the eye. What about your personality? What about your likes and dislikes? What about your IQ? These are part of the substance of your being and play a major part in your human associations. You associate with those you feel compatible with as you come to identify common or complementary denominators in these personalities or lives’ outlooks.
“Is it all that you are? Assuredly not. There are still finer layers to who you are. Tucked at the core of your being is your spirit — your most precious part and yet a part that many fail to both acknowledge and nurture.
“Dear ones, wouldn’t you like to know more about yourself? Wouldn’t you like to solve the mystery of your being? The journey of self-discovery is a lengthy one that is only possible if you take the time to go within and ponder these as yet unanswered questions about yourself. What part of you is the constant in your being? This is who you are — the unchanging part of you, your very core. You are so much more than your identity. Stop defining yourself with restrictive labels. The more you come from your heart when you share about yourself, the more you truly express who you are, the essence of your being. Do not live on the surface of yourself! Rather, dive deeply within in order to uncover who you truly are.”

Teacher Ophelius: “Today, my dear students on the path, we have a serious situation developing on your world which needs your attention. It would be most helpful if all of you would seriously consider connecting with your Indwelling Father Fragments and pray with the utmost sincerity for peace. You, my friends, can make a difference because you are more powerful than you know when in this way you are intimately connected to your Thought Adjusters. When you are consciously connected and in dialog with your TA, you have the ear of the Creator Father. You are His precious child and he delights to know that you want His attention — to ask Him for what is True, Beautiful, and Good — for the greater good of Urantia.
“Please, join me now and let us connect with the Presence of the Universal Father on Paradise though our Father Fragments:
“My Beloved Indwelling — let us be of one mind and one heart. Let my thoughts merge into your thoughts. Bring me into the Holy Presence of the Father. I clear my mind of all matters of this world and connect with you now. Fill me with your peace, Father — fill me with your unconditional love. Wash me in the light of your presence now, Father. I am your child, and I wish to have this intimate time alone with you to share my thoughts, my desires, and offer up my prayers for a better world — a world at peace.
“Father, there are many dangerous and ugly things in the hearts of those who do not know you, Father — they are lost and need your unconditional love to fill their hearts and minds so that they can awaken to love and to the knowing that all people on this world are indwelled by your Spirit, Father, and all deserve to live and experience love, peace, joy, and to follow their hearts. Father, I ask you to find all these lost children who have murder in their minds — to harm, to do great damage and to draw this world into war — I ask that you find each one, no matter to what side of right or wrong they think they belong, and fill them with your Holy Presence. Fill every cell in their bodies with this unconditional love and let them taste the sweetness of what all your children feel that know and love you.
“This is all that we ask of you today, Father, that the hearts of these lost ones would be filled with love, even for a moment, and that they might consider what it feels like to be in their brother’s shoes — to see the world with new eyes and to believe in something greater than themselves.
“Father, I believe this is Your Will for Urantia, that all would come to know you in their hearts and begin to co-creatively express Your Will and make this world a beautiful place of peace where all people can live and work and play together knowing they all share this divine fragment of your Indwelling within them. Father, please tap on the door of the heart now in this moment and give these lost ones a lucid moment of clarity that they may see a greater reality — that they belong to the family of humanity and that all children, present and future, are their own to care for.
“Students: Please picture in your mind’s eye, one of these lost ones and see the light of the Father filling their hearts now. See the expression on their faces change from hatred and confusion to astonishment as they are seized by their hearts and filled with unconditional love. See their grey stone cold hearts change into beating vibrant love filled hearts — red with the shared blood of humanity. See them drop to their knees asking for guidance and forgiveness and see them speak the words that they would do what is right and that they would stop, at any cost, those things that they have set in motion to bring harm to others.

The Scribe: “There is much to be understood about God, for, after all, the entire cosmos and more to come is and will be just all about the Father on Paradise. At this earthly level, with billions of you around, and of this I can truly assure you, there is not one of you whose mental image of the Creator coincides with that of any other . . . yes . . . so enormously complex is the Life Giver of His Paradise and His time-space universes that are both shared with all His creatures.
“I am the Damascus Scribe and some refer to me as Lord Sananda.
“Even though I am a greatly experienced part of this Father Creator and even though I am in the complete knowledge of all that our Father is, I cannot pass this on. No newborn child will grasp your theory of relativity and no person blind from birth will understand colors. Forward as you may be amongst your kin, you have a near-eternity of learning ahead of you to begin to comprehend the Father of all that is. Meanwhile you will see Him in what He has made. You will know Him in the personalities you meet. You will respect Him in His giving your wishes free reign. You will love Him for giving you life and adore Him for allowing you to approach god-like status as you steadily evolve.

Subject: “A Lesson about Trust.”
Message received by Lytske.
“Thank you for waiting before Me in the Silence. Desire and feel that holy hush enveloping you as soon as you are ready to receive further instructions of ‘you-know-not-what’ to expect. The subject matter today is a lesson about trust. It is a sacred trust, that is growing between us, even though you cannot see me and yet you trust that I Am in fact here. Human’s hope in the unseen God leads to faith and eventually to a trustful knowing.
“This trust is not something you acquire overnight. It is build, stone by tiny stone, so to speak. A great deal of doubt needs to be overcome, and still so often you doubt and ask yourself: ‘Is this for real?’ I am telling you now, child, that the more you trust me and listen to My Still Small Voice within you, the easier and deeper the quality of trusting becomes.
“Trust is not innate in the humans on this little planet Urantia, (this being its name on your universe registry). This planet suffered the greatest betrayal and upheaval over 200.000 years ago. I am speaking about that far distant time when the then System Sovereign Lucifer went astray and denounced the existence of the Universal Creator God, and proclaimed himself to be the God of this system.
“The reigning planetary Prince Caligastia of Urantia at that time; was easily swayed by the smooth talking Satan — Lucifer’s lieutenant — who was sent to all the evolving planets in this system for the purpose of bringing all the planets under Lucifer’s new reign. Some planets then evolving where badly affected, Urantia being one of the worst. Your olden records are not accurate, as these most important events are not recorded.
“To return to the matter of trust, the inhabitants of this planet at that far distant time had not developed their minds to think independently and great confusion resulted, which is still there today with your various belief systems. Had everything gone as planned, your planet would have been in an advanced state of continuing spiritual progress! However the present situation on the planet shows a much different picture. War would already have been a thing of the past and most of the diseases, which now run rampant over the planet, would have been eradicated. Most importantly, equality of the sexes would already be a fact of life
“This then is the resulting aftermath due to lack of trust in the One Universal God and His various agencies, send to help uplift the mortal races on the planets of time and space. We will touch on the subject of trust again another time, but it is time for you realize and know, why suspicion has become such a spirit poison. It is this lack of trust in the unconditional loving over-care of the all-merciful Creator God.
“The time has arrived for all the humans on this and all other affected planets to ‘wake up’ and realize that they all are the beloved mortal offspring of the eternal Creator and share the same Root Source. And subject to your free will, are given the chance to partake in the ascension journey to Paradise in the process of becoming perfect. The very beginning of soul development is to be had on a nursery planet of time and space, like Urantia.

Subject: “Dimensions of Health Care.”
Dr. Mendoza: “Nowadays, it is the common thought that health care is an obligation of the state. There is an entitlement culture that modern man is getting used to. Medicine on Urantia has indeed made great progress of late. However, in olden times, the most common, if not the only resource sick people had, was to appeal to the gods. After reaching maturity, health care is foremost an individual’s responsibility. However, family, society, and the state all have their roles. The state’s responsibility is giving accessibility to health care, society’s role is to improve it, and family’s task is to reach it.
“Prevention. The most important dimension of health care is Prevention. This is the first care about health: to prevent diseases, accidents and incidents that may jeopardize personal or public health. Personal and public hygiene, environment preservation, and safety measures are among the most necessary procedures if an effective prevention plan is to work. Prevention not only avoids diseases and hazards but also improves the current health conditions people are living in. Personal care includes health habits, diet, check-ups. Public care includes infrastructure and public safety, like clean water and adequate sewerage systems — taken for granted in some countries but a necessity in many.
“Intervention. The second most important dimension of health care is Intervention. Although prevention is primordial, it never will be perfect, and health hazards will occur. When they happen, again, individuals, society and state must intervene. Interventions are hospitalizations, surgeries, evacuations, community efforts and all kinds of emergency measures taken to protect and restore health to the people. Intervention goes from a simple application of a band-aid on your child’s bruised knee, onto applying CPR to an individual. Every learning child and every adult should have a minimum knowledge on health care intervention. Indeed, prevention is thinking ahead, intervention is acting effectively on time.
“Deterrence. The third most important dimension of health care is Deterrence. Deterrence is seen as a type of intervention, but not of the emergency kind. Rather it is to combat a problem threatening a healthy state. It is about the individual that is going to see the doctor when he or she feels that something is wrong. Concern for public health is at stake when there are signs that public health is at risk. Individuals must go to the doctor and take medications; the city and state, must fix what may jeopardize public health. To be effective in reversing health threats, time is essential. The earlier a problem is diagnosed, the earlier it can be treated.
“Finely, my friend, health care has many dimensions. Those I just mentioned are some of the most important ones. I must insist that you can do more for your personal health than can anyone else, and taking care of your health is also caring for those around you — those who could well be affected by your un-healthy situation. Public Health officials should concentrate most of their efforts in preventing risks to public health, instead of only making corrections when the problems appear. Never be casual about health; you are in fact God’s temple. Keep it healthy! I am Dr. Mendoza, your invisible but real friend. Be healthy.”
