Teacher: “If you struggle with familiar and unpleasant emotions, it is because they are still rooted in your emotional system. You have the desire to evict them once and for all but you do not know how to proceed. Emotions of grief over the loss of loved ones — whether they have stepped out of your life or have moved on to other realms; emotions of hurt when you feel misunderstood or disrespected; emotions of fear triggered by the chaotic and uncertain situation on your world and more. There is a vast array of troublesome emotions and when they flare up, this generates much emotional discomfort in your being as they are all pain-filled emotions.
“The silver lining is that they demonstrate that you are feeling deeply but have not yet been able to learn how to shield your heart from these hostile ‘takeovers.’ What can you do to dissipate them?
“Faith and Trust always come to mind — Faith in the Father and Trust that He has a very clear plan for your life and that all these episodes are part of your higher education. They are tough topics but well worth being tackled, rather than being put on indefinite hold.
“Time will heal some of these painful emotions by lightening some of their emotional charge after they have run a healthy course. Yes, emotions that you may perceive as unhealthy are frequently healthy emotional reactions that help you cope with overwhelming situations. What do I mean by that?
“Grief over a lost friendship is a natural consequence of having invested your love in someone. It leaves a hole in your heart. Yet, it does not need to be so. Do not withdraw your love because others do. True love is unconditional and such situations help you recognize the purity of your love toward these individuals. Keep loving them and unconsciously they will receive such a selfless love and it will land in their souls at a very deep level.
“As to situations where you have been hurt, those too leave you with emotional bruising and scarring. Understand that they are consequences of ignorance and immaturity on the part of the ones who hurt you. Pray for their awakening to their own need of emotional healing. Those who have been hurt, hurt others. They need healing but they have to become aware of it in order to willingly do their homework. To each his/her own house to clean. This cannot be forced. Personal matters are too intimate to be magically taken care of by others — no matter how loving they are.
“Be patient and be forgiving. Send blessings to these difficult unprocessed scenarios so that such blessings become catalysts for Divine Intervention based on Divine Wisdom. Yours is to support the process with your loving prayers and to surrender the situation to the Father and His Helpers. Know that your prayers are being heard and always answered in Divine Timing.
“Our love is with you, dear children. Keep on keeping on! You are guarded, guided and protected. Your prayers are not falling on deaf ears. They are acknowledged by wide open hearts, which are moving Heaven and Earth to respond in a way that complete healing can take place.”

Prolotheos: “Although absolute truth can only be experienced and perceived by the Gods, because Truth is as infinite as are the Gods, creatures relate to truth as to asserting or denying their very existence. No one can indefinitely remain in God’s Universes in defiance of Truth. Since humans cannot perceive the wholeness of Truth, they must know truth through its expansions, uncovering it layer by layer. Truth is never essentially contradicting, but it is ever expansive. In this opportunity let’s reflect about these layers of truth.
The truth of the fact. “Fact is what is manifest and can be proved by evidence. Creatures need to rely on facts to trust the knowledge they acquire. In other words, creatures need to check the truth of the matter. Facts establish what is real. However, inherent creature limitations prevent them from asserting the coordinating fact of the matter of all things, and relativity insinuates itself in all cases. A delusion is real as a delusion but its content is unreal. The ultimate proof of facts for evolutionary beings is experience. Experience cannot be humanly transferable, except by testimony. It can be shared and divinely synthetised, because God the Supreme is the God of Experience.
The truth of the meanings. “Meaning is a translation or interpretation of the fact. Here human consciousness deals with what you call Semiotics or the world of the symbols. It is not possible for creatures to absorb the reality of facts by themselves, only what they mean to them. Here again, subjectivity inserts itself again: the realization of meanings is a complex intellectual/ emotional/ spiritual transaction that provides experiential knowledge. Being at home may provide a sensation of security, because that is what home may signify to an individual. Meanings help the individual to articulate their world visions.
The truth of the values. “Values reflect the importance of the meanings for human existence. Values are meanings worth of living or to die for. Values are not just the result of hermeneutics, values are the result of love toward meanings. An individual can understand a meaning intellectually but it will never become a value if that meaning is not loved. The basic divine values are goodness (love), truth, and beauty (harmony), that is, everything in life that translates in love, truth and beauty becomes a value of transcendental importance. Faith is ever connected to values because faith is the means that reaches the transcendental.
“In this way, my pupil, you can see that truth is ever expansive, each layer uncovering an advanced stage of it. Creatures will never stop the search for truth, because the Infinite God is the Absolute Truth. There will always be a new dimension of truth, always a new perspective, always a new meaning. But truthful meanings (divine values) can be eternally set in time and space because they never will contradict themselves. Therefore, goodness, truth and beauty are forever our criteria to incorporate facts and meanings in our existence.

The Beloved One: “This is the day that God has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it. With a joyful heart let us lift our attention to the All That Is and honor the Creator who makes all things possible. It is a privilege and at the same time it is becoming truly more needful to spend some private meditative time alone with the all-knowing Father in Heaven, who, in his inscrutable wisdom allows the mortals of this planet to choose and exercise their will . . . or His Will.
“Please become aware of, and think about, what the results might be when people act thoughtlessly before considering the consequences as to what those unaware actions might mean for their individual life in the eternal future. Also, as a result these ramifications have added to the increasingly sorry plight of this precious planet’s present condition. It has been mentioned time and again that your life is the foundation on which your eternal life is based should you mortals choose to carry on in the hereafter.
“Please give this some thought! What are you doing with this precious life which has been gifted to you? You did not give this life to yourselves. And how are you using your precious minds and this awesome gift of free will? Do realize that this planet is primarily your school of learning and is meant for you to grow up to become responsible citizens, fit to take part in your graduation to your next level of existence. This can be achieved with a minimum of regrets, when some thought is given as to what you are really about.
“To begin with, meditate on this, think and ponder these awesome potential choices and possibilities for your future life. Think about the possible areas in your present state where you can perform better! This, of course, needs a healthy dose of self-discipline and perseverance to change things which can be very easily changed and improved. Look at your immediate surroundings. Might there be a way to live less stressfully? Just cleaning up your surroundings will calm the mind and bring it to a more restful state as inner chaos always reflects in the outer world.
“Ask yourselves what is my intent in life, what direction am I taking and is this what makes me truly happy? What do I gain living the way I do? Do I nurture, love and respect myself? Do I feed my mind with uplifting and inspiring information? How do I feed my physical temple, which houses my precious spirit-soul and how do I feed my spirit-soul, so it will not be found wanting when I pass on to the next level of my eternal existence? And what about the ‘footprints’ I will leave behind? Do I gather enough spirit fruits to grow my soul by seeking God’s will and by spreading love and good-will all around by being forgiving and understanding towards all others?
“Do make a meditative effort as these questions are all food for thought and warrant some careful self-scrutiny to help turn this precious planet around, which begins with one person at a time.
“Remember; we are all in this together, to make increasingly better choices and changes.”

“If you knew how much I love you, you would wake up every morning feeling great happiness, feeling full of peace and full of love to give.
“If you knew how much I love you, you would judge less the actions of others, you would question less the things that happen to you and you would walk holding My Hand, confident and secure.
“So, today and always, remember: I love you unconditionally, I love you infinitely, I love you and I am with you in every moment of your life.

Thought Adjuster: “Let us say a few words about the subject of separation between religion and state. It is true that many groups use their religious beliefs as an excuse to abandon common sense and establish rules or laws that have little to do with human progress or simple respect for human life. This is a consequence of letting religion degrade into simple rules of conduct that are obeyed without any discernment.
“Many of the outdated ideas of the religions of the past — before Michael’s visit — still persist in the minds of your government leaders and legislators. When this is the case it would be much better for governments to forget everything they think they know about religion and dedicate themselves exclusively to procuring the well-being of the people they represent by using the resources of logic, common sense and science.
“However, if this world had a religion in which every believer had as a personal goal the consecration of their personal will to the Divine Will, this religion would play an important role at all levels of society and would promote progress in all areas of human development. A religion like the one lived by Michael in this world as the carpenter of Nazareth can only find complete expression by offering unconditional love in any task that may come in life.
“The most eloquent sign of spiritual progress is unconditional love to others — sharing the love of the Father with your peers in this world. This way the love of God is manifested in this world through the actions of His children, when they lovingly serve their brothers and sisters. A government in which every individual lives with these beliefs systems and these noble aspirations will be a government that will truly promote progress for civilization to a level previously not reached on this world.”
